Guideline for written assignment--symptom algorithm
Development of symptom algorithm with common pathophysiologic patterns associated with that symptom. This may be a symptom that you have had to analyze during your clinical experience or a common symptom seen in your population of patients. It is best to use a patient that you have cared for. This makes the algorithm easier to construct since it is applied knowledge, for example, shortness of breath. See specific directions in the Symptom Based Algorithm handout. This is to be submitted by 5 pm on Jan the 17th with no exception. .
